To Manage the day to day operations of the vehicles, repair and maintenance, utilization and driver behavior.


 The Fleet Manager position will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Approve vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Audit fuel transactions
  • Audit driver behavior through telematics
  • Evaluate maintenance trends, excessive costs/spending
  • Maintain fleet inventory/driver assignments
  • Coordinate/manage rental vehicles
  • Collaborate with Risk Department on vehicle accidents
  • Coordinate transportation of vehicles
  • Decommission vehicles
  • Order replacement vehicles
  • Able to work alone and
  • Perform other work related duties as
  • Assist in development, scheduling, training,


  • Must be at least eighteen years of
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Three to five years experience and management
  • Microsoft office computer
  • Specialized skills training/certification may be
  • Dependable and
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to look beyond the standard
  • Organization skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to perform work accurately and


  • Some travel may be required, including overnight stays and out-of-town
  • Must be able to work alone and independently


 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
